Use the Account Services page to see and sign up for the available Bid Express services. Access this page by clicking the mybidx button or link from anywhere in the Bid Express pages.

An Info Tech Digital ID is an electronic tool that allows contractors to digitally sign bids submitted via the Bid Express service. Use the Expedite or the Bid component of the AASHTOWare Project Bids™ software (depending on the agency) to fill out your bid and submit it over the Internet.  You will need to create a Digital ID and the ID must be approved by the agency (for Expedite) and by Info Tech administration.
