Use the Account Services page to see and sign up for the available Bid Express® services and Advantage preferences, create an Infotech® Digital ID, and cancel your Bid Express account. Access this page by clicking the mybidx button or link from anywhere in the Bid Express pages.

An Infotech Digital ID is an electronic tool that allows contractors to digitally sign bids submitted via the Bid Express service. Use the Bid component of the AASHTOWare Project Bids™ module to fill out your bid and submit it over the Internet. You will need to create a Digital ID and the ID must be approved by Infotech administration. A Request to Bid must be sent to the agency.
