Set Up Internet Bidding

Before you can download and submit a bid, you will have to download the AASHTOWare Project Bids Bid component and generate an Infotech Digital ID. An Infotech Digital ID is an electronic tool that allows contractors to digitally sign bids submitted via the Bid Express service.  Once your ID is approved, you will need to submit a request to bid to each agency you want to bid with.

Your bid is submitted using the AASHTOWare Project Bids Bid component. Download and setup the Bid component.

Add your user profile to the Bid component. Please check the Bid component online help for more information.

Generate an Infotech Digital ID.

Request to bid with an agency.
