SBN Account Status

Once you request an account for the Bid Express Small Business Network, you will be kept updated through email and your Bid Express Message Center. You can cancel an approved account or the sponsoring agency can revoke it when it is no longer active.  If you have a sponsored account, the date through which your account is active is on the Manage SBN Preferences page.

You will receive an email when your request for an account is approved or denied. If it is approved, the email will contain a login name and temporary password.

You will receive an email when your account is revoked. The next time you log in, you will be directed to the Manage Services page where you can select your Bid Express services and enter your credit card information to pay for their use.
