Download Bidding Software

The Bid component of the AASHTOWare Project software is a free, required program used to submit bids electronically to the Bid Express service. You will need to download the Bid component in order to submit your bid over the Internet.

You will need to know your bidder ID to set up the Bid component.

Though you can setup internet bidding through the Agency home page or with a guided popup window, these instructions use the My Bidx page to download the bidding software.

  1. Click the mybidx icon to get to the My Bidx page if you are not already there.  

  2. Select Download Bidding Software in the Account Services section.

  3. Read and agree to the license agreement.

  4. Click install bid component.

Follow the installation wizard to install the Bid component. When you are finished, you should update your user profile in the Bid component.
