You can view your notification subscriptions by agency.
Click the Messages icon in the upper right corner. The Bid Express® service takes you to the Message Center inbox.
Click View Messages and Notifications. The Bid Express service takes you to the View Messages and Notifications page.
The Bid Express service lists each agency to which you have at least one subscription. If you have no subscriptions, click Manage Messages and Notifications to sign up.
Click My Message Center in the upper left of the Message Center window to return to the Message Center inbox.
