Sent - Administration

After you send an email message to your Bid Express® subscribers using the Send Message to Contractors function, a copy of the email is sent to your Sent Messages mailbox. Emails sent to your subscribers by the Bid Express service are sent to your System Messages folder. Messages can be deleted, moved, or marked as read or unread.

  1. Click the Messages icon in the upper right corner of the Bid Express page.

  2. Click the Sent Messages mailbox on the left.

  3. Click the message to view its contents. Links in the message only work in your email.

  4. When you are finished, click My Message Center in the navigation trail in the upper left corner to return to the message center.
