You can delete the plan holders for a proposal. If the letting time has not yet passed, you will see a warning message that the proposal has unopened bids.
Select Manage Lettings, Proposals and Bids in the Letting and Vendor Data section of the Manage Agency page. This brings you to the Manage Lettings page.
Select the letting date and the specific proposal for which you wish to delete the plan holders.
Select Delete Plan Holders from the list of commands. The Bid Express service opens the Delete Plan Holders window.
Click delete.
Click ok in the delete confirmation window.
The Bid Express service deletes the plan holders and returns you to the Manage Proposal page.
