Delete Bid Tabulations - Administration

Once the bid expiration time has passed and the bid tabs uploaded for a proposal, the bid tabs can be deleted.

1. Select Manage Lettings, Proposals and Bids in the Letting and Vendor Data section of the Manage Agency page. This brings you to the Manage Lettings page.

2. Select the letting date and the specific proposal for which you wish to delete the bid tabs.

3. Select Delete Bid Tabulations from the list of commands. The Bid Express service opens the Delete Bid Tabulations window.

4. Click delete.

5. Click ok in the delete confirmation window.

The Bid Express service deletes the bid tabulations and returns you to the Manage Proposal page.
