Acknowledge Contract Documents

If you are the awarded bidder of a proposal, you will have access to the contract documents for that proposal, if your agency uses that feature. You must acknowledge receipt of the contract documents before they can be downloaded. You can access the contract documents through the notification message in your message center or though the link on the proposal page. The link is available only if you are the awarded bidder.

To acknowledge receipt of the contract documents:

  1. Click the lettings tab if you are not already there. You can also click the link in the awarded message to go directly to the Contract Documents page.

  2. Select the Letting Date of the proposal.

  3. Select the proposal.

  4. Click Contract Documents in the Also Available section.  

  5. Read any notes from the agency.

  6. Select the check box of the documents or documents you wish to acknowledge.

  7. Click acknowledge. The Bid Express® service notifies the agency and returns you to the Contract Documents page.

Once you acknowledge a document, click on the document label to download it. The Bid Express service notifies the agency of your acknowledgment. The acknowledgement cannot be deleted.
