The Bid component of the AASHTOWare Project Bids software allows bidders to complete and submit bids securely over the Internet with the use of an Infotech® Digital ID. An Infotech Digital ID is an electronic tool that allows contractors to digitally sign bids submitted via the Bid Express service.
You will need to create keys to decrypt bids submitted through the Bid component, and upload the load configuration file (load.cfg) that contains the configuration settings used by the Open Bids utility.
