You can view your sub-quote request replies to the contractor on the Bid Express Small Business Network® service. The Bid Express® service displays the details for the last reply but keeps a history of all replies sent.
To see your replies:
Go to the Bid Express Small Business Network tab and select View Reply or View Replies for the response you wish to see. The Bid Express service opens the View SBN Sub-quote Reply page.
View the details of the last reply sent to the contractor.
To see the details of previous replies, scroll to the Reply History section and select View Reply.
If the prime contractor responded to a previous reply, click View Response to see it.
