If you lost or forgot your Bidx.com password, use the Password Reset to change it. This function does not work for digital IDs.
On the Bid Express home page, click Forgot your password? The Bid Express service brings you to the Password Reset page.
Enter your Bid Express username in the Username field.
If your answer was correct, Bidx.com sends an email to you with a new password. If your answer was wrong, the Bid Express service displays a note saying it was not the correct answer.
