Once the winning contractor acknowledges receipt of the contract documents, you can view the acknowledgement through the Bid Express® message or through the proposal page.
To see the document acknowledgements:
Access the Manage Proposal page for the proposal to which you want to see the document acknowledgements if you are not already there.
Click Document Acknowledgements in the upper right corner.
The Bid Express service goes to the Document Acknowledgements page and displays the list of acknowledged documents and a list of documents still waiting for acknowledgement.
Click done when you are finished viewing this page to return to the Manage Proposal page.
