Contact Information

You can change the contact information you have on file with the Bid Express service.

  1. Click the mybidx button or link from anywhere in the Bid Express service.  The MyBidx page displays.

  2. In the Account Settings row, select Contact Information to get to the Change Contact Information page.

  3. Enter your contact information in the appropriate fields.

  4. Company Name is the only required field. If you change your company name on the Change Contact Information page, your company name also changes on the Billing Information page.

  5. If you want Bid Express users to see your contact information, make sure the Publish Contact Information drop down list is set to Yes.

  6. When you are finished, click save.  The Bid Express service returns you to the MyBidx page.
