The Bids Search searches past lettings for a bid price, item number, description, proposal, quantity, unit of measure, bidder, and letting date within the selected agency. You can sort by any of these headings.
Information entered by the agency will not be available for searching until the start of the next business day.
Once your search is completed, click the proposal to see the call order information for that proposal. Click the letting date to see all the proposals for that date. Click the back button on your browser to return to the search results.
You can export the search results by selecting Export (csv) or Export (tab) to the right of the page. Open or save the results from the File Download window.
If there are more than 20 records found, use the arrows above the Letting Date column to see additional records. You can also sort any of the columns by clicking the column heading.
Follow these instructions to use the basic search function:
Click the bids page on the search tab if you are not already there.
Enter at least four characters of your search criteria in the Keywords field. Separate all values within one field with a comma.
The Bid Express® service starts searching the records immediately and lists all Proposal IDs that contain the search criteria.
You can use the advanced function to narrow the search using the information that you know. The advanced search accepts the * wildcard as a placeholder if you do not know the correct spelling. For example, if you know the proposal number for which you are searching starts with B509 and ends in 2, you can enter B509*2 to find the proposal.
Follow these instructions to use the advanced search function:
Click the bids page on the search tab if you are not already there.
Click Advanced.
Enter your search criteria in the applicable fields. Select any date, quantity, or price ranges.
The Bid Express service starts searching the records immediately and lists all Proposal IDs that contain the search criteria.
Click the proposal to see to see the proposal details. Click the letting date to see the list of proposals for the letting.
