LETTING LOCATION: D4 Procurement Conference Room POSTING DATES: 02/28/2023 and 03/07/2023 CONTRACT DAYS: 365 CONTRACT EXECUTION DAYS: 10 SPECIAL START DATE: N/A ACQUIS./FLEXIBLE START TIME: 13 The work within this Contract consists of providing the means and methods to resolve maintenance issues related to the States drainage system and to provide corrective actions for National Pollution Elimination Discharge Systems NPDES related inspection deficiencies to assets servicing the State Road System throughout Broward County. MAXIMUM LIMITING CONTRACT: The award amount and contract performance bond shall be based on maximum limiting budgeted amount of $450,000.00 and not the contractors bid total. REQUIRED SUBMITTAL WITH BID: Drainage Experience Form 850-070-05 must be submitted with the bid. PERFORMANCE BOND: A Contract or Performance bond is required for this project. GENERAL LIABILITY: The limits of coverage shall not be less than $1,000,000 for each occurrence and not less than a $5,000,000 annual general aggregate, inclusive of amounts provided by an umbrella or excess policy. The limits of coverage described herein shall apply fully to the work or operations performed under the Contract and may not be shared with or diminished by claims unrelated to the contract. The policy and coverage described herein may be subject to a deductible. Pay all deductibles as required by the policy. No policy or coverage described herein may contain or be subject to a Retention or a Self-Insured Retention.
