Proposal CFHWY00130

A two-step selection process will be used to select a Design Builder for the project. In response to the RFQ, Prospective Proposers will submit their Statements of Qualification for review and scoring. A List of Prequalified Prospective Proposers will then be published and those named entities will be invited to participate in Step 2: the RFP and Proposal process. The selected Design-Builder will provide design and construction services to design and construct a four lane divided highway from approximately Sterling Highway MP 82.5 to 94. The proposed federally funded project will improve safety and reduce congestion. See Project Description and Scope of Work (Attachment A).
